Ashton founded Homeconcepts in 2003, after people began asking to use the team he had built for converting houses into flats, and has led and grown the business ever since.

Projects Manager

Danny began his career on major historic building renovations before moving into residential build and fit-out project management, gaining experience across the UK, Spain and the USA. He brings that breadth of experience to every Homeconcepts project, from planning and programming through to handover.

Office Manager

Paulina moved to the UK from California in 2008 and completed her accountancy training soon after arriving. Since joining Homeconcepts she has become an integral part of the team, running the office and looking after the company's accounts so that clients, suppliers and site teams are always well supported.

Head of Mechanical

Bart leads Homeconcepts' mechanical work. He is Gas Safe registered and F-Gas certified for air conditioning and heat pump systems, alongside a range of further qualifications. He applies that depth of technical knowledge to the heating, cooling and mechanical installations on every project.

Site Manager

Lucas comes from a technical carpentry background and has grown with Homeconcepts into the role of Site Manager. He has an exceptional eye for detail and a talent for getting the best out of his team, making sure every finish meets the standard our clients expect.

Konrad has extensive knowledge of superstructure and structural works, combined with the eye for detail found across the whole Homeconcepts team. He makes sure that what is built behind the walls is as precise as the finishes clients see.

With more than 20 years' experience in residential site management, Max brings deep practical knowledge to every project he runs, keeping work well organised, on programme and finished to a consistently high standard.

Ivars has led some of our more complex historic projects, including the renovation of a 25,000 sq ft manor house and of a 1780s historic Buckinghamshire estate. He has a particular aptitude for the careful planning and problem-solving that period buildings demand.

Senior Fit Out Technician

Nigel brings a can-do attitude to every task on site and knows how to motivate the team around him, whether that means digging out a basement in Chelsea or extending a house in Hampstead.

Electrical Manager

Thomas has more than 20 years' experience in electrical work and a wide-ranging skill set, from three-phase power and meshed networking to Lutron and Crestron lighting control and home automation systems.

Marketing and Social Media Manager

Atia leads Homeconcepts’ marketing and social media, crafting focused, high‑quality content that highlights the team’s expertise and the detail behind every project. She drives the company’s digital strategy, strengthening brand visibility and ensuring every platform reflects the precision and professionalism clients experience on site.
