It’s all about attention to detail…

As well as managing our own builds our Project Management teams are also available to run projects on a purely Project Managed basis.

The key to a successful renovation and building project is the project management. Each of our teams is supervised by a PRINCE 2 accredited Project Manager to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time and within budget.

We are VERY detail focused, we find that the projects that are specified with the most detail are the projects that run smoothly, have a great finish and best of all finish on time if not sooner!

We are also able to offer a solely Project Management service if required both in the UK and Overseas. Some of our recent projects for solely Project Management have included:

• House Build in Berkshire

• A Beach front house in Newport Beach, California

• An Apartment in Knightsbridge, London

• An Apartment in Mayfair, London

• A flat in Central Paris

• Family Home in Toronto, Ontario

For all of these projects we compiled a detailed technical specification for the overall works and either found a contractor or used the clients already appointed contractor. We then supervised the works throughout to completion to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
